Information about Commissions
• Turnaround Time : starting from 5 working days from the first payment.
• All artworks come with a simple background (color/texture/simple shapes)
• Extra characters: +50% of the total price.
• Payment: 50% upfront for sketch, after approved sketch, the rest must be paid to continue the art.
• Artwork will only be delivered complete, without watermarks and in high resolution after full commission payment.
• All prices are according to personal use. For commercial use, that is, small or large scale production, the prices vary and must be discussed and agreed upon before closing the budget and confirming the commission.
• About refunds: The upfront payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the order from the client. The upfront payment will only be refunded if the withdrawal comes from me, for any reason, or before sending the sketch.
Refunds will not be accepted after artwork is completed.
• About Changes: Number of free changes limited to 03 only. Pose changes are only accepted during the SKETCH stage.
Color changes are only accepted during the COLOR BLOCK stage.
Other changes will be charged extra according to the complexity of the art.
I reserve the right to refuse changes if they are too large and/or abusive.
• IMPORTANT: I reserve the right to refuse any commission if I don't feel comfortable or able to do so.

Terms of Use
When commissioning with me,
• Me, the artist...
‣ retain the rights to post the art or use it as an example of commissions at any time, however:
‣ agree not to post artwork within any period of time or in any way as per customer's request.
‣ retain the right to refuse any request or change if I am not comfortable.
‣ retain the right to make your commission during lives on Twitch, with the exception of prior agreement and request from the customer.
• You, the customer...
‣ are not allowed to sell products with my art or reproduce it in any way for your own gain, except in a case previously agreed.
‣ do not have permission to edit or draw over my artwork.
‣ have permission to print the artwork for personal use.
‣ have permission to tattoo the artwork.
‣ are allowed to post the art on your social media, as long as you credit me properly at all times.
‣ have the right to request your art to not be posted in any way on my social networks or on Twitch.
‣ have the right to request progress images and/or updates within: business hours (Mon-Fri between 9am and 6pm, excluding Brazilian holidays), provided that the last update sent by me was over 3 business days. Updates from me may be sent outside of working hours, depending on my availability.
